This course will help you navigate spirit realm comfortably through shamanic journeying. This course is intended to provide a safe structure from which you can explore, grow and drop into trust as you co-create with spirit realm.

By the end of this course you will: 

• have a framework for exploring spirit realms
• have tools to comfortably navigate non-physical realms
• journey to meet a guide, ask a question and get information to integrate into your day to day life
• learn how to formulate effective questions for self divination
• learn how to cultivate your relationship with spirit allies/guides/teachers
